<p style="text-align: justify;">Anders sieht es mit der Wahl des Bettes / der richtigen Matratze aus. Individuell, wie wir Menschen nunmal sind, gibt es dafür keine schnelle und einfache Regel. Insbesondere Menschen mit Rückenbeschwerden, seitlichen Verkrümmungen oder einem Bandscheibenvorfall benötigen die richtige Lage, damit sich die Bandscheiben über Nacht auch regenerieren können. Schultern und Becken sollten dafür in die Matratze einsinken können &#8211; Nacken und Lenden jedoch keinen Hohlraum bilden. Die Matratze sollte sich an den jeweiligen Körper anpassen können, ihn halten und stabilisieren. Dabei spielen Gewicht und Körpergröße eine entscheidende Rolle. Alle diese Kriterien sind so individuell, dass kompetente Fachberatung zu empfehlen ist. Ein ausgiebiger Test ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert.</p>

Dabei strecken Sie die Arme durch bis die Brust aufgedehnt und der Oberkörper komplett aufgerichtet ist.
